Lester Rhodes
Lester Rhodes joined the company in 2018, and became head of Motability at the beginning of 2019. Lester is fully Motability trained, he also learnt everything there is to know by the best, Ian Fenton a long serving colleague who left us only after passing his knowledge to Lester.
