In line with latest Government Guidelines, from July 24th all visitors to Forest Gate Ford are required to wear a face mask when entering our premises.

Here are some of the changes that visitors to Forest Gate Ford should expect to see and follow:

    Call us in advance to make a booking if required
  • Payments should be made using Debit or Credit cards.
  • If you are displaying symptoms of Covid 19 then please DO NOT visit us and reschedule your appointment
  • Please maintain social distancing at all times (2m distance from other customers and our staff)
  • All customer areas will have clear stickering indicating social distancing guidelines and any one way systems in place
  • No waiting appointments
  • Our waiting rooms and refreshments will be limited at this stage to protect our customers and staff
  • We will have multiple hand sanitising stations around the dealership. Please make use of them upon arrival.
  • Technicians will be santising the common touch points on your vehicle both prior to and post working on your vehicle.
  • No courtesy cars will be available until lockdown restrictions have been relaxed further.
  • We have limited capacity to operate a chargeable Collect and Deliver service where we can collect your vehicle from your home address and return it once work has been completed - contact us for further details.
  • Free courtesy washes of customer vehicles are now suspended until further notice
  • Pleased only attend any pre-booked appointments either on your own or with one other person. No groups of more than 2 people will be allowed
  • We have also implemented additional cleaning procedures within our premises for the benefit of both our staff and customers.
  • If you belong to a vulnerable group and need additional assistance during a potential visit to Forest Gate Ford, then please contact us in advance of your visit to discuss any additional help that we may be able to offer you.
